Hey ladies, Last year we held our 2nd annual Heartland Get-A-Way at Nashville, Indiana and it was awesome! Some ladies chose to shop, some hiked, some antiqued, and some chose to hang out at the park and enjoy the down time. In the evenings we’d gather round the group campfire, share stories of how we spent our day and enjoy a beverage of choice. Saturday’s potluck was fantastic… so much food and so little time! One thing is for sure, FUN was had by all!
This year’s 3rd annual Heartland Get-A-Way will be held at Lincoln Trail State Park in East Central Illinois on Sept 20-23, 2012. So whether you chose to hang at the campground, explore historic Marshall or burn up the roads shopping the area flea markets, antique or specialty shops, it’s up to you...But we can guarantee a great time! This will again be a TOTAL LADIES WEEKEND! Leave the hubby and kids at home, well behaved pets are welcome!
We will be camping in the Plainview Campground. Host sites are 42 and 44. In order to keep us together we ask that first choice site selection be made from the following sites: 32, 34, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 72, and 74. If these should fill up then second choice site selection should be made from these sites: 28, 29, 31, 33, 71, and 73. Reservations need to be made through ReserveAmerica.com.
